Witcher 3 Remastered platforms

Witcher 3 Remastered platforms share one date: 29 September 2026. CD PROJEKT RED names PC (Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store, and new Battle.net), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and the first native Nintendo Switch 2 version. Steam remains app 292030 Complete Edition. Nintendo's eShop already uses the Remastered title on Switch 2. Filter the seven records with All / PC store / Console / New — New isolates Battle.net and Nintendo Switch 2.

One date across every announced platform

CD PROJEKT RED's English announcement sets 29 September 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, native Nintendo Switch 2, and Battle.net together. The Polish publisher post uses the same date under the official title Wiedźmin 3: Dziki Gon – Remaster. There is no staggered SKU calendar in the captured first-party copy. If a storefront is on the list, it shares that Tuesday.

Steam appdetails for 292030 already warn that PC system requirements will change on 2026.09.29. That note is the store's way of attaching Remastered to the existing Complete Edition page rather than opening a second app. Nintendo's eShop listing, captured from the Brazil storefront when the US page was age-gated here, titles the product The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — Remastered and carries the same September date.

Xbox Wire adds Xbox Play Anywhere across Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Xbox-supported handhelds. IGN mentions PlayStation 5 Pro support without a CDPR mode table. Neither source replaces the missing performance sheet. Filter chips above recount the seven rows: All 7, PC store 4, Console 3, New 2.

Four PC stores, only one of them new

Steam, GOG and Epic Games Store are existing Wild Hunt channels. CDPR says current owners there receive Remastered free. Steam's identity stays The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition, app 292030. There is no new Remastered Steam page in the captured appdetails payload. If you own 292030, you are on the free Steam path; if you only wishlisted 5006530, you wishlisted Songs of the Past.

Battle.net is the exception. CD PROJEKT RED announced a partnership with Blizzard Entertainment to sell Remastered and Songs of the Past on Battle.net from 29 September 2026. That storefront is a pre-purchase / new-buy path, not an upgrade of an old Blizzard library copy of Wild Hunt, because no such library copy existed. Expansion buyers on Battle.net unlock a Geralt-inspired Diablo 4 skin.

Click New after All (7) and PC store (4) to isolate Battle.net and Nintendo Switch 2. Those two rows are the only platforms CDPR describes as firsts: first CDPR–Blizzard PC release, first native Nintendo version of Remastered.

PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2

PlayStation 5 owners on that generation receive the free upgrade. The captured first-party copy does not spell every PS4-to-PS5 disc-versus-digital edge case the way Xbox Wire spells Xbox One. Until CDPR publishes that matrix, do not invent one. IGN's PlayStation 5 Pro mention is editorial; CDPR's snapshot does not detail Pro modes.

Xbox Series X|S owners receive the free upgrade plus Play Anywhere. Xbox Wire also states Xbox One base-game owners receive Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine: digital copies land in the library, disc owners claim them from the Store. That Xbox One note is about expansions, not about running Remastered on Xbox One hardware.

Nintendo Switch 2 is a native version. Switch 1 owners claim a separate Switch 2 download with a separate Home-menu icon. New Switch 2 buyers without a Switch 1 copy pre-order or purchase Remastered. CDPR has not itemised Switch 2 exclusive features. Use the storefront table for the three store identities: Steam 292030, Steam 5006530, Nintendo slug the-witcher-3-wild-hunt-remastered-switch-2.

Filter math you can check by hand: All shows 7, PC store shows Steam, GOG, Epic and Battle.net (4), Console shows PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Switch 2 (3), New shows Battle.net and Switch 2 (2). If a list adds PlayStation 4 or Xbox One as Remastered runtime targets, it has left the announcement. Xbox One appears only as an expansion-grant note on Xbox Wire, not as a Remastered SKU in the seven-row set. CD PROJEKT RED has not published a Remastered frame-rate, resolution-mode, or Switch 2 quality-tier table for any of those seven storefronts.
